In the Consulting & Digital Transformation Unit, we provide the training service; since 1988, we have more than 6000 students trained in the national and international territory.
Currently, we have courses oriented to Projects Planning and Control with Primavera P6, offering basic and advanced level. Risk Control with Primavera Risk and lately we have incorporated the Project Management course with Tilos, especially for linear projects.
We offer the training service for Oracle Primavera P6 solution, guiding students through the life cycle of the projects, from planning to execution and control. Topics include, Create Projects, Define WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) add activities, Assign Resources, Costs, Create Baseline, Enter Advance, Reports, Men Hour Curves and Cost , Earned Value.
Students will also participate in Project Management Topics based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies, such as Planning and Scheduling.
We offer the advanced training service for Primavera P6 solution, deepening and applying concepts, learned in Primavera P6 Basic course.
Topics include Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Baseline update, Import / Export Project Data, Duration Types, % Advance Types.
We offer the training service for Primavera Risk Analysis solution, the course provides tool training for risk management. The participants will obtain the basic concepts of risk management.
This course provides examples of different risk modeling techniques and provides workshops on the application of the techniques learned.
We offer the training service with the TILOS tool, guiding the students through the life cycle of the project, from planning to execution and control. The topics include, Create a Project, Configure the work area, Define WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) add activities, Create logic diagram, Assign Resources, Assign restrictions and phases, Create Baseline, Enter Advance, Reports, Analyze the updated program, Export and import data to excel.
Students will also participate in Project Management Topics in linear projects.
